I was in a different kind of studio yesterday for a change… I was in the music studio with Jouhl and Rui Da Silva, taking a few shots for their new alias.
Myself and Jacob White are shooting a promo video for the record label Purp & Soul. We have been planning it for a few weeks now and everything is coming together nicely. Yesterday had a meeting with Arbeit Gallery to go over a few things, and they confirmed that we can use their gallery space to shoot the video in. Its a awesome space! Very Excited!
ARBEIT is a Art Gallery / Agency with available studio space for artists and designers, just round the corner from Hackney Wick Station, Its a great space, with some awesome work there at the moment, excited to see what the next show is after we shoot our video. I suggest you all check it out!

Glossop is a strange but wonderful place, these where shot back in January on a walk with Meg and Maggie (a dog with some attitude, strutting a pose for the camera)
I travelled back up North for the weekend for Jacobs birthday and visited the Glossop home for some heating and free food. The place was covered in snow and ice…Casually fell flat on my arse on the way to the train station the next day on my way back to London. Now back in London assisting and trying to find time to crack on with a few projects I have started! Stay tuned! for updates!

This is still an ongoing project, and Jack is in need of kind donations to help him finish his project. Alot of effort has already been put into this project and the images look awesome. Back in London after a week up north assisting Jack Boniface with his new project. It started with a 6 hour bus journey to Blackpool… I won’t be doing that again any time soon. The week was great though, a mixture of drinking £1.50 pints of bitter, lugging Blackpool illuminations around, alot of cups of tea and bacon sandwiches, getting vans stuck on the beach, pushing vans off the beach. Oh and obviously some photography was involved.
Keep an eye out for the project, shot on 5x4, it looks like its going to be ace!
Back up north in Blackpool for the week with Jack Boniface assisting him on his latest project, and shooting a small documentary to go with it. While in Blackpool i used my time wisely and processed a roll of black and white i have had for a while now. On it was this portrait of Mark, a musician based in London known as MadBoy. I bumped into him in a charity shop in Streatham and he chatted to me about his music and gave me a free CD, so i asked him could i take his portrait. Very nice guy! The CD was great too!
I have been shooting a little series on the old 5x4 recently. Trying to anyway, the weather has been awful! Todays weather update… Fog! Quite cool to be honest…
